Business Analyst & Product Owner

Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is seeking a high-impact Business Analyst & Product Owner to join our dynamic technology team in Indonesia. As a key bridge between our business stakeholders and our engineering teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across our food processing and distribution operations.

In this role, you'll work closely with our product management team to translate business needs into actionable product strategies. You'll use your analytical skills to assess market trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. By leveraging tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel, you'll ensure our digital solutions align with our business goals and deliver measurable value.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product strategies and roadmaps
• Lead the development of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for product features
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to ensure alignment on product vision and priorities
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to assess success and identify areas for improvement
• Work with data analysts to interpret operational data and identify trends
• Prioritize and manage product backlog items using Agile methodologies
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in product development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a technology-driven industry
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Certification in business analysis or product management is a plus
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
