📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize our online store using platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team to support decision-making.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
