📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide technical support and training to operational staff on equipment maintenance and safety procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on equipment maintenance and process optimization
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems, such as PLCs, SCADA, and DCS
• Knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, for equipment design and analysis
• Experience with maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or Maximo
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
