Global Gold Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with interviewers.,Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates.,Assist in onboarding new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
