📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food is cooked safely and meets health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including new hires.,Keep accurate records of food usage and wastage.,Participate in inventory management and ordering.,Assist in training new staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong team leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Flexible and willing to work varying shifts.
