📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to understand needs and preferences.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
