Apotek Putri Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, helping us find the best talent to support our restaurant's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
