📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies and campaigns.,Manage and track customer inquiries and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and data.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to telemarketing activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
