PT Otoman Sakti is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining all necessary documentation. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our operations and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient and safe operation.,Maintain all necessary documentation, including vehicle maintenance records, fuel logs, and mileage reports.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with mechanics and service providers.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.,Oversee driver performance, including safety compliance, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles for various company activities.,Conduct regular fleet audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members regarding fleet operations and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
