Smart One Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work. The Store Operator will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.,Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and basic software applications.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local culture is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 10 kg.
