📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily inventory operations and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
• Optimize stock levels to minimize holding costs and maximize service levels.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and processing of inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
• Proven experience in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
