📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons using a variety of teaching methods, including play-based activities and structured learning experiences.
• Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and center.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, and implement them in your teaching.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for early childhood education.
• Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the center, fostering respect and diversity among staff and students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a classroom or center setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPR/First Aid, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
