Food Up Ekspansindo is looking for a dynamic and passionate Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Singkawang. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and customer service.,Oversee food and beverage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost control.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent quality of ingredients and products.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a must.
