PT Rahayu Antar is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. This is an urgent opportunity for the right candidate to join our dynamic team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. The salary range for this position is Rp 24.000.000 – Rp 32.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting or exceeding performance targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client interactions.,Provide regular reports and updates on client accounts to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.,Drive sales growth and revenue for assigned client accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the sales or business development field.,Proven track record of managing and developing key client relationships.,Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
