Mandiri Banking is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team in Cilandak, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing internal audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, and providing strategic insights to improve our banking operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the internal audit team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful completion of audit assignments.,Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audit activities, including risk assessments, compliance audits, and financial audits.,Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.,Develop and maintain audit policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.,Conduct regular meetings and presentations to communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes, providing strategic insights to improve banking operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior auditors within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the banking industry.,Professional certification in internal auditing, such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Experience in using audit software and tools is a plus.
