📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and optimization.
  • Lead a team of tax consultants and provide guidance and support.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the tax consulting team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is a plus.
  • Experience in leading tax projects and delivering high-quality services.
