📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee business, ensuring efficiency and quality.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet production needs.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong understanding of coffee production processes and quality standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using office software and operational management tools.,Familiarity with supply chain management and inventory control.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
