📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and pies.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to meet customer demands and preferences.,Ensure that all pastries are prepared according to health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Work with other culinary staff to ensure that pastries are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.,Keep up-to-date with the latest pastry trends and techniques.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to create and bake high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.,Experience with dietary restrictions and allergies is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
