Orang Tua Group is looking for a dedicated Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Shift Leader to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and inventory control processes to ensure smooth operations and efficient resource utilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and inventory management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and production targets.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of production orders and meet quality standards.,Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and inventory data.,Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control roles.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control software and systems.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with manufacturing processes and best practices.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Bali.
