📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
