Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.Monitor sales and inventory, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.Collaborate with other outlets to share best practices and support each other's growth.Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dining experience.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of Resto Umar Geprek.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
