📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and increase brand awareness.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage and oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.,Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.,Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on food and beverage industry preferred.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
