Prime City Berjaya is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our healthcare team in Madiun, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing a team of nurses, and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Supervise and mentor a team of nurses, ensuring high standards of patient care.,Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records and managing medication schedules.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Provide on-call support as needed.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for the nursing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced patient care or specialized nursing area is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare authority.,Experience in managing a team of nurses is a plus.
