📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and update our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, to engage with our audience and promote our products.Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and graphics, to showcase our baking supplies and brand.Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and retail stores.Assist in the organization and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.Support the retail team in managing inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.Assist in the setup and execution of in-store promotions and events.Collaborate with the marketing team to gather feedback and insights from social media and retail data.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our social media and retail strategies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, retail, or a related field.Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.Proficient in using social media management tools and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Familiarity with retail operations and customer service is a plus.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about baking supplies and social media.🛠️ Keahlian
