📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Train and motivate the store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
