M&G Life is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Kids & Family Retail store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote our products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to minimize losses and maximize sales.,Assist in the development and implementation of store layouts and displays to enhance the shopping experience.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the store is meeting all company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the Kids & Family category.,Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, marketing, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
