📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on equipment maintenance and safety procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on equipment maintenance and process optimization
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems, such as PLCs, SCADA, and DCS
- Knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, for equipment design and analysis
- Experience with maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or Maximo
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
