📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons tailored to preschool-aged children.
• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to enhance language skills.
• Assist in the development of a multicultural and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess students' progress in Mandarin language development.
• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded education program.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin to preschool-aged children.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and educational best practices.
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with interactive teaching methods and technology is a plus.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.
