📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.
• Assist in the organization and execution of store promotions, events, and sales campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Train and mentor Crew Stores, fostering a culture of teamwork, communication, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of the store for opening hours, including merchandising and display.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance the store's performance and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in a similar role or as a Crew Store.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in inventory management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems, such as SAP or Oracle Retail.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and culture, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Valid ID card and the ability to work in Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
